Please note: There will be a $50 charge for all "no shows" or missed medical appointments and a $100 charge for all "no shows" or missed aesthetics appointments. Cancellations must be made during regular business hours and be received at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time.
Repeated "no shows" will be subject to a HOLD on scheduling future appointments, at the discretion of the provider.

Driving Directions
We are located behind Bonefish Grill off Hull Street Road (Rte 360). Our office is in the elevated section behind Bonefish Grill and there are black letters above the front door that say "Health Center."
